Within the MTN PRO line, the Pre-filled section is the most enigmatic for anyone who isn’t familiar with these types of products. However, there is considerable demand for this category of aerosols, which form part of a very specialized service, as far as spray paint is concerned.
Pre-filled aerosols are refillable spray cans that are specifically designed to be custom filled. This means that Montana Colors technology can be combined with the paint to suit the consumer and their needs.

As you may imagine, prefilled sprays respond to demands from the professional market, since it is necessary to have the appropriate technology and experience in order to fill them and offer a reliable product to the public. This type of very specific service is offered in specialized paint stores. For this, Montana Colors has the MTN Pneumatic Loading Machine in its catalog, a 400ml aerosol filling machine that uses a simple, fast and safe system.
In the MTN PRO Refillable spray cans section we have three different options: the Gas Pre-filled aerosol, the Solvent Pre-filled aerosol and the Water-Based Pre-filled aerosol. As you can imagine, each of these options were created to answer specific needs.
Gas Pre-filled Spray
The first option we find is the Gas Pre-filled aerosol. It is a 400 ml can that is refillable with a filling machine, and contains a solvent-free propellant gas charge inside. This product is ready to be filled with the desired paint and its corresponding proportion of solvent, which will adjust the viscosity of the product and ensure proper operation.
Solvent Pre-filled Spray
As s second option, we have the Solvent Pre-filled aerosol. This is a 400 ml can, also refillable with a filling machine, with a propellant gas and solvent base inside. This means that to properly fill this product for its correct use only requires adding paint, without the need of putting in the solvent that regulates the product's viscosity.
Water-based Pre-filled Spray
As a third and final option we offer the water-based pre-filled aerosol. As you may have guessed, this is a 400 ml spray can that, just like the previous ones, can be refilled with a filling machine with the right proportion of propellants and thinners specially formulated for water-based paint. This means that this version of prefill aerosol offers the same benefits as the Pre-filled Solvent cans, but in a version specially designed for water-based paint.
These are the versions of pre-filled aerosols that offer three different solutions, adapted to the needs of the paint and the conditions.
