LEARN HOW TO VINYL WITH OUR TIPS
Although it is true that there are a series of conditions to be taken into account in order to avoid problems, using this product correctly is not as complicated as it may seem. Even more so if we explain it to you.
To achieve a perfect result and for this vinyl spray paint to offer its performance without failure, you only have to take into account two general aspects that we will detail below.
Preparing the surface
If we want to be able to remove the vinyl coat spray we have to take into account what kind of surface we are going to paint. The less porous the material we paint, the easier it will be to remove the vinyl coating. So, if we apply the product on a very porous surface, no matter how well we do it, we run the risk of facing some serious problems when trying to remove it.
Applying the spray
In general, most industrial sprays have to be applied from a long distance, about 20 cm, to apply thin coats with an intermediate drying time of 10 minutes. This is the way to ensure a homogeneous finish and to prevent drips, runs and transparencies.
In the case of vinyl car wrapping, we must comply with these instructions to the letter, applying enough coats until we obtain the result we are looking for. Think that, the thicker the final layer, the easier it will be to remove the coating. So a minimum of 4 coats will be needed for the product to meet expectations.
HOW TO SEAL THE PRODUCT: LIQUID VINYL PRIMER FOR LIQUID VINYL
The captivating soft-touch finish is something that many consumers want to incorporate into their vehicles permanently and without the risk of it peeling over time. Well, for them there is the permanent primer for liquid vinyl. An intermediate product that seals the vinyl, making it difficult to remove.
