DISCOVER THE RANGE OF MTN COLORS FOR METALS: PRIMER AND VARNISH IN SPRAY FORMAT
Except for the products that are designed for very specific uses on specific surfaces, the vast majority of aerosols designed by Montana Colors can be used on metal surfaces, which of course includes our lines of spray paint.
MTN PRO PRODUCTS THAT WORK AS A PROTECTIVE COAT FOR METAL
As you might expect, within the range of MTN PRO sprays we find products that are specifically designed for use on metal due to their protective properties or finishes. Although you won’t find an aerosol varnish for metal, there are several products fit the description of spray metal primers. Take, for example, the MTN PRO Anti-corrosive Enamel Paint, especially designed for painting ferrous materials exposed to the elements; or the MTN PRO Anti Rust Primer, which works as a base layer for galvanized steel, aluminum or other polished metals.
Another useful product is the MTN PRO Zinc 99%, perfect to protect welding joints of industrial vehicles or coastal structures. The MTN PRO Stainless Paint boasts a metallic finish resistant to extreme temperatures which protects rough stainless steel surfaces. Completing the range of products designed for use with metallic surfaces, we have the MTN PRO Forging Effect Paint, a versatile aerosol that comes into its own when applied to gates, fences and streetlights, thanks to its anti-rust formulation and rough finish.
MUCH MORE THAN METAL PAINT
As well as the lines designed exclusively for finishing, the MTN PRO range includes MTN PRO Multipurpose Oil and MTN PRO White Grease, two handy lubricants in a handy aerosol format.
SPRAY PRIMERS FOR METAL
Perhaps the most versatile aerosol in the MTN PRO range especially designed for metal is the MTN PRO Antioxidant Primer. As we’ve already mentioned, all Montana Colors paint sprays can be used on metal, but this clear spray primer for metal will help the color to last much longer. As well as providing a base layer for the paint you want to use, it increases resistance to scratches and also offers great protection against rust.
The MTN PRO Anti Rust Primer spray is one of several different types of primers that you’ll find in the MTN PRO Primers and Varnishes section, which also includes the MTN PRO Plastic Primer and the high resistance 2K Two Component Varnish.
