MTN PRO SOLVENT - THE UNIVERSAL SOLVENT

The king of the cleaning products of the MTN PRO range is undoubtedly the MTN PRO Solvent: the perfect blend of universal solvents that represents a powerful tool for cleaning fresh paint stains on non-porous surfaces in an aerosol format.

USES OF MONTANA CLEANSING SOLVENT

In addition to cleaning stains on surfaces such as tables and tiles, this solvent spray is also ideal for cleaning paint utensils. What’s more, it also unblocks and cleans clogged nozzles – simply placing them on the solvent aerosol and spray until they work correctly. It is also an effective degreaser, great for cleaning surfaces before painting them.

This universal multipurpose solvent cleans paint stains on most clothes, although it can damage synthetic fabrics with a high concentration of plastic. In these cases, we recommend doing a test on a non-visible part of the garment first. Intensive use of the solvent on clothing can slightly affect its original color.

This universal paint solvent is easy to apply, has a high diluent power, it’s completely transparent and even has a pleasant smell. It’s important to note that it’s not suitable for cleaning stains on your hands or skin in general as it can cause irritation.

HOW DO YOU USE THE SPRAY SOLVENT?

This aerosol is one of the few that comes without a mixing ball. This doesn’t mean that it shouldn’t be shaken, only that its ingredients don’t separate as much as in other products.
Once you’ve shaken it, just spray it onto the stains you want to remove, leave it on for a few seconds and scrub the paint with a cloth. If stain persists, repeat the process, leaving the solvent a little more time to act.
To unclog nozzles, follow the steps detailed above, placing the nozzle on the MTN PRO Solvent aerosol and spraying until it’s unblocked. You can also clean the diffusers in a more meticulous way by putting them into a plastic container and spraying them with solvent, before carrying out the step mentioned above.
