The MTN PRO Seal Coat Paint is a spray paint is formulated with a rubber base, designed to seal leaks in roofs and cement, as well as metal, plastic and PVC pipes. The waterproof layer that it produces is highly flexible and adapts to all types of surfaces. The product is also very fast drying and highly opaque. Thanks to these properties, this seal coating tool is a perfect product for waterproofing terraces and roofs. What’s more, the dried layer can even withstand the wear and tear of footsteps.

HOW DO YOU APPLY THE MTN SEALER COAT PAINT? 

The instructions for using this aerosol are no more complicated than shaking the can well for one minute, trying out the distance and flow of paint on a test surface and spraying thin coats whilst holding the can upright, making sure to cover the entire surface. 

Before applying this waterproof spray paint, make sure to carefully clean the area you’re going to paint to ensure proper adhesion. 

After 30 - 45 minutes, the applied layer will be touch dry, and totally dry in 24 hours, when you can recoat it with practically any type of paint. 

We recommend wearing gloves and a mask when using the seal coat paint. When you’ve finished, hold the aerosol upside down and press the nozzle until just gas comes out to avoid the spray clogging in the future. 

Remember that all our aerosols are recyclable, so make sure you deposit the empty cans in the right container according to local regulations.

THE WATERPROOF SPRAY PAINT IN THREE DIFFERENT TONES

The MTN Seal Coat Paint is available in three different colors, especially designed for the main uses of this type of product:

• Red Seal Coat Paint. This version is very useful to blend in to roofs and terraces that have the classic red tile color. This color is formulated to hide repairs, as the results are practically unnoticeable when it’s dry.

• White Seal Coat Paint. Designed to be used on surfaces with specific colors. As the product is white, you can recoat it efficiently with any type of paint to match the exact color of the surface.
