Anti-corrosive paint spray

WHAT IS ANTI-CORROSIVE ENAMEL PAINT?

The anticorrosive paint in the MTN PRO range is a product designed to work as a final finish, without the need for primers. It has a resistant and durable aesthetic result and offers special protection against corrosion of metals. Specifically, it’s a paint for steel and other metals that doesn’t require additional products to guarantee protection from corrosion whilst producing a perfect, glossy finish.

WHAT IS THE ANTI-CORROSIVE SPRAY PAINT USED FOR? 

This anti-corrosive paint for metal is suitable for all kinds of surface repairs to materials that require protection against rust with a suitable finish. This user-friendly tool can be used in areas ranging from urban furniture to plumbing, industry, DIY and metal constructions of all kinds, so it can be used as anti-corrosive paint for structural steel.

The special technical qualities of the product mean it’s only available in three different colors: white, black and green anticorrosive paint; the three colors usually associated with metal structures at risk of rust, such as fences, gates or access doors to outdoor spaces.

CHARACTERISTICS

The anti-corrosive spray paint boasts easy application and storage thanks to its aerosol format. It’s fast drying, covers well and has a high anti-corrosion power, high resistance to weathering as well as resistance to UV rays. Its brightness and color are durable and it’s very resistant to scratches. The finish can be recoated after 25 minutes drying.

HOW IS IT USED?

The steps to follow are the same as with most spray products: shake the can for a minute and apply to the clean, dry surface in thin layers. If applying to rust, sand the corrosion on the surface with a wire brush.

Don’t forget to purge the cap after use, holding the spray upside-down and spraying until paint stops coming out. This will help avoid clogging in future uses.

Remember that all MTN aerosols are made of recyclable materials, so dispose of them properly.
