MONTANA COLORS AT MARIBOR ARTWEEK (SLOVENIA)

This past March 5 to 7, the Slovenian city of Maribor was host to the Artweek fair, a creative event organized by our Art Trade distributors.
 
More than 60 workshops, around twenty invited artists from all over the world, and an influx of more than a thousand people made Maribor Artweek of Maribor one of Europe’s largest creative events.This fair organized by Art Trade, our distributors in Slovenia, tied up its eighth edition offering a wide range of activities and courses ranging from jewelry making to drawing manga.
 
Montana Colors was present throughout the three days that the fair lasted, giving 4 introductory workshops on graffiti and spray techniques for kids between the ages of 6 and 15. The Europark shopping center, headquarters of the official Art Trade store in Maribor, was the host for the event.

"Slovenia is a small country, with 2 million inhabitants, but with a large representation of graffiti and street art. Personally reaching out to these new generations to help them discover the different opportunities that spray paint can offer them has been an incredible experience, especially in a world where the younger generations are only interested in tablets, cellphones and video games, " stated one of the international managers of Montana Colors, who attended as a representative of our brand and as supervisor and collaborator of the activities that took place.
