Return "Everything Can Be Analyzed". Interview with Estefania Sanchez, Sales AnalystSales Analyst Estefanía Sanchez is one of the most charismatic people we have found working in building 2 of Montana Colors. Her versatile character and unparalleled vitality have allowed her to occupy different roles and positions throughout her long career, now celebrating 17 years at Montana Colors. Today we interview this true legend within the MTN office ecosystem.
In terms of personality, what do you think sets you apart from your colleagues?
On the basis that each person is different, I prefer to say what unites us all and that is the desire to do our job well. If I have to broadly describe my personality, I consider myself a transversal person and someone adaptable to change.
Where do you get the motivation and energy to work during your lowest moments?
I am quite strict with myself, and I think that gives me an extra push when it comes to performing my tasks. Now, over time I have learned to allow myself to have bad days and to not get frustrated by it.
What was your life like before working at MTN?
I was young, 18 years old. I was looking for a job whose schedule would allow me to resume my studies and use it as a segway, and here I stayed.
Can you give us a summary of your job development since you joined 17 years ago?
Well, I have worked in several roles in the company. 4 years in the production line and being part of the Prevention Committee, as many others such as Customer Service, followed by Sales of small accounts, KAM alongside Olga penetrating the channel of Department Stores and finally as a Sales Analyst.
What is the most important thing you have learned in each job?
As a production operator, I was fascinated in thinking about productive and preventive improvements. In fact, we implemented some of those ideas. In the world of sales, I continue to learn about the evolution of business models, market trends... Everything can be analyzed without neglecting the evolutionary behavior of the consumer.
What is the most special moment you remember from your entire career?
I would not pinpoint it as a moment but as a constant learning process and surrounding myself with highly qualified people.
What contact did you have with the world of spray paint before working at MTN and what do you think about graffiti now?
Honestly, my contact with aerosol began once I started working in Montana. Now I consider myself a DIY user and I even dare to advise clients and friends about its use.
Do you see yourself working elsewhere?
The polygraph reads yes, but with nuances.
What personal aspects have you influenced during all these years at Montana?
Many times, the place where you work conditions you when choosing a place to live. In my case, it just happened to have already come about that way.
If you had to mention three colleagues with whom you share more complicity, who would you mention?
I am lucky not to be able to answer this question. If were to mention only 3, I would leave out so many others. I am fortunate because I have made unconditional friends within Montana.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Leading an ambitious project within Montana while combining it with a personal project.
