“BREAKFAST WITH THE DIRECTORS”, MORE THAN JUST A BREAKFAST, AN ENCOUNTER BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS

The Human Resource Department has put into motion a random meeting amongst workers from different departments along with the directors of Montana Colors and Montana Air, which will take place every three months. 

“Breakfast with the Directors” is a quarterly meeting between a dozen workers from different departments, whose goal is to offer a more complete vision of the company’s state of operations, as well as the projects that have been launched. The idea behind this type of informal meeting is that the attendees have the opportunity to raise doubts they may have and provide ideas for improvement, therein becoming more involved in the overall operation of the company. The most recent edition was led by the Director of Montana Colors, Olga Fuertes, and the Director of Montana Air, Didac Cerdà, and included Estefania Sanchez, Bernat Escorihuela, Francesc Comellas, Rosa Sanmartin, Raquel Cuesta, Cristian Garcia, Yolanda Pereira, Isaac Alcober, Gerard Monferrer and Màrius Ferrer amongst the participants.

This initiative aims to strengthen the link between workers, regardless of their job position, to promote a climate of unity, cooperativism and mainstreaming. In addition, the “Breakfast with the Directors” is presented as a space for exchanging opinions with the aim of improving the company's operation based on the global understanding of the operation of Montana Colors.

Of course, we have breakfast too.
