Ihre Aufgaben:
- Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in Deutschland und Erreichung der Umsatzziele
- Betreuung und Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms
- Identifikation und Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner und Absatzmärkte
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Markteinführung neuer Produktlinien
- Verantwortung für das jährliche Vertriebs- und Budgetmanagement
Ihr Tagesgeschäft:
- Analyse des Kundenportfolios und strategische Entwicklung neuer Vertriebsmöglichkeiten
- Identifikation und Priorisierung von Kundenaufträgen
- Täglicher Austausch mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
- Versand von Produktinformationen und technischen Spezifikationen
- Erstellung von individuellen Angeboten in Abstimmung mit der Leitung der europäischen Tochtergesellschaften
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen inkl. Reisetätigkeit
Ihr Profil:
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Kreativbranche, Farben oder DIY-Segment
- Starke kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Eigenständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ihr Arbeitsort:
Idealerweise mit Sitz in München oder im umliegenden Raum, alternativ Berlin oder NRW. Sie arbeiten flexibel im Homeoffice und besuchen regelmäßig Kunden sowie gelegentlich unser Büro in München.Wir bieten:
