All brands have made a path and a their place in history, as well as an origin story that provides their authenticity. Our journey began 30 years ago in Barcelona when we launched our first spray product. Word quickly spread throughout Europe, and writers and artists began to arrive from France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy to try it out.
Since then, Montana Colors company has undergone an expansion that has reached more than 80 countries around the world, along with more than 20 official MTN Shop & Gallery points of sale distributed throughout the world: Amsterdam, Asunción, Bangkok, Barcelona, Brussels, Cape Town, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Lima, Los Angeles, Madrid, Marseille, Mexico City, Miami, Monterrey, Montevideo, Montpellier, Montreal, New York, Nottingham, Porto, Puebla, Quito, Santiago de Chile, São Paulo, Seville and Tokyo.
Our ability to innovate, attention to detail, total dedication to our customers, commitment to graffiti and concern for the environment are our core values, what differentiate us from the rest. Not only has this gone down in history, but it’s appreciated in the collective memory of all of our clients.
One of the principles at Montana Colors that sets us apart is our independent character. This attribute - difficult to maintain in the globalized world that we live in - has been achieved thanks to our commitment to manufacturing a unique and original product, produced following a process that demands the highest standards in everything that is produced. This has made us, in our almost 30 years of independence, the international reference brand in terms of spray paint for graffiti.
We do not simply meet the needs of the market generated by graffiti writers: we also feel part of the movement, since we have grown up alongside it. We are not a multinational and we are not machines - we are people, with a great passion for what we do every day.
To maintain the quality of our products, precise monitoring and checks are necessary. This is one of the reasons why we produce exclusively in Barcelona. A team of more than 200 people work at the plant, with an average age of around 37. Each spray can has passed through the hands of these people, and carries the essence of our philosophy as a company, our commitment and dedication to a job well done, and respect for the environment.
True to the philosophy of its founders, Montana Colors company has ensured the highest standards to protect the environment and the health of graffiti writers in all its products since the company was founded in 1994. We have the ISO 9001 certification in our quality management system, along with the ISO 14001 that guarantees our commitment to the environment. Both symbols of quality represent stellar work carried out on a daily basis, thanks to the proactive attitude of all our staff and the recognition and support of our customers.
You can also find the "Keep The Planet Clean" icon on our products. Montana Colors is a worldwide pioneer in the recycling of empty aerosols. All our products are manufactured with completely recyclable components, and we provide training and promote awareness to our customers.
